How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or if you just want to change your password, you can reset it by following the steps below.

1. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the page. 

2. Enter the email address you used when registering your account and click "Reset Password"

3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This email can sometimes get flagged as "junk" so make sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email account.

4. Click the link in the email and you will be taken to a page to set a new password

5. Enter a new password, confirm the password, then click "Update Password"

NOTE: The password must contain at least 1 number, 1 special character, 1 uppercase letter, and must be at least 8 characters in length. 

You should then be logged back in to your TrackFly Account.
