Suppliers: Inviting retailers to connect with you on TrackFly

If you are a Supplier that has subscribed to TrackFly's Sales Insights, you have the ability to make connections with retailers that carry your products. This allows you to have greater visibility into the sell through of your products in their stores.

To make a connection with a retailer:

1. In your TrackFly dashboard, click the "Connections" menu on the left

2. Click "Invite New Partners" at the top

3. Enter your name in the "Sender Name" field, the name of the person you are sending the connection request to in the "Recipient Name" field, the name of the Company the recipient works for, and enter the email address and phone number of the person you are sending it to in the "Recipient Email Address" and "Recipient Phone" fields.

NOTE: You can also send bulk invitations by clicking the "Upload a list" link

4. Click Send Invitation

5. The recipient will then receive an email with a link to allow them to accept the connection request if they wish.

NOTE: Recipients do also have the ability to decline a connection request.
